Whitney is a trained Spiritual Director and Koru Mindfulness Instructor. She has been working with mindfulness in her own life for more than a decade. She is passionate about learning to be true to her whole-self through the practice of mindful living and brings that passion into her workshops on this topic.
The workshops are active learning. Practice and discussion, all with non-judgment.
